RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- unworn
- unused
- in its original condition
- with tags attached
- in original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

PRE-ORDER & LIMITED RELEASE ITEMS
Certain Bougie Culture launches, limited collections, and pre-order releases may be considered final sale.
For the current launch collection:
Shipping begins June 5, 2026.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive a different size or item is to place a new order once your approved return has been processed.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days.
